Jessica + Gabriel= engaged!

AWESOME session with these two lovebirds! We walked around La Jolla village then headed to La Jolla Cove for the sunset. La Jolla is where they first met. Jessica and Gabriel are super cute together- they were laughing the whole time. I can’t wait for their September wedding at the Mt Woodson Castle!

Where it all began!

How cute are they?!!

Leave it to me to find the only run-down looking building in La Jolla!

Jenny and Jack’s wedding

Let me start off by saying that Jennifer and Jack are both beautiful people, inside and out. They share a love that is pure and innocent, it’s very inspiring! They got married at Jennifer’s family home in Encinitas. It was super fun going to take pictures at the school across the street- and also was personal for Jennifer because that’s where she went to grade school! Jennifer and Jack have a sweet and playful spirit and it definitely came out in the pictures from the day…

A sweet shot of Jenny and her Dad

And with siblings!

Margarita Machine! Woo hoo!

Lucy

I just could not resist posting this shot of Lucy… a bulldog that made a guest appearance for Ali and Max’s engagement shoot. I am a major dog lover and owner of 2 pups, Rocky and Onyx. I just love this shot in black & white… What a looker!

Ali and Max’s engagement

I feel super honored to be a part of Max and Ali’s wedding celebration not only because they are very cool people, but also because they are wedding photographers themselves! They contacted me because they liked my artsy style and were looking for something different. We chose downtown San Diego for their engagement session and had a blast! I am SO looking forward to their wedding in November!

Thanks to you guys for being such great subjects and kudos to Ali for trekking around downtown in heels!

Went sailing!

We went sailing for my friend Meredith’s birthday last week. We set out from Oceanside pier on a nice breezy day. It was my first time sailing so I had to get over a bit of seasickness, but it was so much fun and very relaxing! Happy birthday Mer! Enjoy the pictures

This was our captain Monty… He’s definitely got his sea legs
