Jennifer & Todd | the wedding

Jennifer and Todd light up when they are around each other. It is absolutely amazing to be around, I was blown away by the natural love, emotion and chemistry that they share. And what I really loved was how present in the moment they both were all day. I can imagine how hard it is to not get caught up in all of the wedding hoopla, but they stayed calm and centered, focused on what matters.

The beautiful ceremony took place at Cuvier Park with the reception at The Darlington House. With help from Alma at Love Is In The Details all of the details were AMAZING and added an element of style to the event. The florals, (which were off-the-hook!) were done by Sharon at Organic Elements. We had a little rain, but they say it’s good luck for it to rain on your wedding day. I’m so glad we stuck it out to do beach portraits because we got the most awesome post-storm skies!

Jen just radiated!

Ethan and Erika | The Dana

What can I say about Ethan and Erika, they are so sweet and genuine. They are totally laid back and easy-going. Their day was filled with love and emotion. I was honored to spend my birthday with them and bask in their glow. The occasion was complete with help from Melissa at I Do Weddings … she did a great job and the day went so smoothly.

Here is a sweet mother daughter moment…

Pin Up Party!

I am so excited to announce my first Pin Up Party happening January 10th and 11th, 2009.

We will be posted up in a fabulous hotel suite downtown San Diego drinking champagne and taking fabulous photos of lovely ladies! Boudoir sessions are an awesome gift for your boyfriend, fiance, husband, or even yourself… and they are a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day!

today I am 28

Since my birthday falls the day after Halloween- it has always been one of my favorite holidays. I think I have dressed up in costume every one of my 28 years! (Even though this year I did a “re-do” and was Carmen Miranda again.) It’s fun to escape into a character and act silly. And speaking of silly, here is my 1st self-portrait ever taken, when I was 18… wow, 10 years ago! I think we must have known then that I was a little strange :)

But in a good way, right?!!

And here I am as Carmen… Ay ay ay!
