Had a ton of fun with Kristi, Paul and their adorable puppy J.B.! We cruised around looking for sweet photo spots while getting to know each other.  J.B. (aka Jail Bird) was cracking me up because he’s got one of those tongues that just won’t stay in his mouth! I loved his goofy charm… I just might have to steal him!

Holly and Michael shared a beautiful spring wedding at The Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park. The vibe was very friendly and relaxed… Holly and Michael are both super-duper sweet people! And everything turned out so fabulous and yummy thanks to Peartrees Catering & Events. Congrats to the happy couple, blessings to you both!

Well it’s not often that I get to work with 2 talented photographers, but this past weekend I got to do just that!

I worked alongside my buddy Justin Lee and Kate Noelle , who is a photographer up in Orange County. We shot the wedding of Monica and Tom on a beautiful sunny SoCal day. I still love to assist other photographers because I just get to have FUN and experiment with new things. The pressure is off and I get to just play…

Monica got ready at the La Valencia in La Jolla, and if you have ever been there you know it is full of vintage charm. So I was in absolute heaven of course!

Tom’s brother was his best man… these are his glasses and you can see Tom’s reflection on the right. Sweetness!

Man, it was hard getting this little one to smile… but she finally cracked one and I caught it!

The guests were serenaded by Michael Tiernan, a local musician who BTW freakin rocks!
