Last week we set out to the San Diego County fair to grab some fun shots. Me and my photographer friend Laura had a blast… we were especially interested in the carnival workers, or “carnies”   The whole scene has a very nostalgic feel. I ate so much fried food and the biggest corn dog you have ever seen, no joke.

These two are both native San Diegans… so it was an obvious choice to go with the historic Balboa Park for their engagement session. We picked a beautiful day with beautiful light! Can’t wait for their wedding next month, I know it will be fabulous.

How fitting that while I am gearing up for this weekend’s Haute to Trot boudoir extravaganza, I am editing Yvette’s boudoir photos! This session was fun and unique and Yvette totally rocked it! We even stepped outside of the bedroom for some on-location stylee.
