Just in time for Halloween... a mad scientist themed kids birthday party! It's starting to feel kinda spooky around here so I thought what better time than to share this creative bday party with you. This idea came together so well with all the awesome details that included a brain cake, dry ice beakers and eyeball piñata. The kids had a blast doing all sorts of science experiments.

Mini session - perfect for holiday cards WHEN : Sun, October 6th (It's possible I'll add another date if I get enough interest) WHERE : Old Poway park DETAILS : $175 for a 25 min session. Included is a disc of 5 retouched images. Up to 5 family members allowed. A $50 deposit is required to hold your slot.

Full session - for holiday cards and a variety of updated photos of your family WHEN : Weekend dates Sept-Nov WHERE : Custom choice of location and lighting DETAILS : $300 for a 1 hour session. Sessions are scheduled for times with the best light (for example the beach at sunset). Included is a disc of 10 retouched images. You also receive 20% off print orders.

Thinking about this sweet family as the await the entrance of number 4! Had a great time at the beach with these guys. Their Nico is a total ham and so adorable. Can't wait to meet his new little brother soon...
I love these guys! During my trip to the Bay Area earlier this month I had the chance to catch up with old friends and photograph the 2 new additions to their family. Light was perfect... it was sunny (gasp, for anyone that's familiar with summers in West Marin this is very unusual) and the backdrop was absolutely amazing. My home is a beautiful place. Always great to see the Fontans. There is a lot of love here...

Everything aligned on this perfect day and wow this has got to be one of my favorite family sessions to date! You may remember these guys from their yoga maternity session at the beach. They are a joy to photograph! And look who arrived...
